OUR ROOMS AND BREAKFAST
All our rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, flat-screen freeview televisions and all the necessities to make your stay at Broomfield House an enjoyable experience.

After a comfortable night's sleep, you will be offered a hearty breakfast in our bright and attractive dining room. Breakfast is served between 7am and 9am. We mention that there is no buffet/self-service table, and all food will be served to the table.
Select from our full cooked Scottish breakfast or, if you prefer a lighter option, perhaps you would like scrambled or poached eggs with smoked salmon, or continental with croissants and fresh fruit, ham and cheese, and boiled egg.
We also offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free foods - please notify at time of booking if this is required.
A selection of toasts, teas, coffees and hot chocolate will also be served throughout breakfast. Porridge, cereals, canned grapefruit and prunes are also available to order.
Our twin-bedded room at the rear of the house (on the first floor), with en-suite shower room. Electric blankets are on each bed for extra comfort during the winter months.

Our family room at the front of the house (on the first floor), with en-suite shower room. Electric blankets are on each bed for extra comfort, during the winter months. It can sleep up to a max of 3 people. It can have either a king-size bed and single bed, or 3 single beds.

Our single room at the front of the house (on the first floor), with its own private shower room across the landing (not en-suite). An electric blanket is on the bed for extra comfort, during the winter months.

Our double room is a ground-floor room at the rear of the house, with en-suite shower room, and is suitable for guests with limited mobility. An electric blanket is on the bed for extra comfort, during the winter months.

A hearty breakfast awaits you in our ground floor dining room. Please note that there is no buffet/self-service table. All food is served to you at your table. Please feel free to use the dining room to socialise with your party during your stay.

Our outside deck, on the first floor, is set up with chairs and tables (during the summer months), so that you can enjoy a drink outside on a beautiful Scottish evening! Free wifi is available in all public areas around the house.
Feel free to use the dining room or the outside deck to sit and read, or to play board games. Information booklets and a compendium of games is available for guest use upon request.
